Joining the live
When is the store open?
Our Instagram live store is open Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to midnight (Brazil time), and often later. The live schedule is also announced on our official Instagram account.
Do I need an Instagram account?
Yes. To comment, request close-ups and claim pieces during the live, you need to be logged in to Instagram.
How do I request a close-up?
Comment S + the item number and the presenter will show the piece more closely.
How do I claim a piece?
Comment C + the item number. A comment is a request: the piece is reserved for you only when the presenter confirms your claim on the live.
What if I cannot join the live?
Request a personalized video call on WhatsApp and our team will show you the pieces currently in stock.
Orders and payment
How does the order confirmation work?
After your claim is confirmed, our team organizes the selected items and sends the order details and invoice, with the purchase conditions and payment deadline.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay securely by bank transfer or PayPal. Confirm the payment options with our team when you receive your invoice.
